10/09/2011 Flew with Cyprus Airways (via tour operator), scheduled flights during the day, transfer airport-hotel 1 hour by minibus. Great hotel, but is not massively on through the different restaurants such as swimming pool, gardens and beach. Seaview. Eat well, bit varying from moderate to very delicious. Clear English influences. Lots of fruits, especially at breakfast. You could always eat outside on the terrace. Good and spacious beds, box spring. Room could have maintenance here and there. There was everywhere well cleaned. Fortunately, no animation in the evening outside, but regularly a wedding in the open air, what caused a lot of noise. Fortunately, no music on the beach. Regular groups, such as athletes and French soldiers, but gave no nuisance. Friendly staff, consisting of local people and Eastern bloc. Temperature: 36 first, later 33 degrees.

08/27/2011 It is an excellent hotel, very large but old rooms and corridors not really more of this time, in the environment is to little experience but with the bus (2 euro pp DayPass) are you quick access to the 1.5 km away restaurants, paphos port 1/2 hours. fine beds nice and big. little entertainment for adults. Children’s entertainment mostly in Russian and not in English, so difficult for us Dutch. water sports available at the hotel very expensive, parasailing p.p. 90 euro, jetski 15 min. 40 euro. all incl advisable, loose drinks very expensive, soft 3.80. beer 4.00. though cumbersome all those receipts and emerging call room numbers in the high season you have to submit towel. but this is already in our last days was no longer needed. though long transfer from airport to hotel (almost 2 hours) because there are so many hotels along the route and coral beach far back is very many families with young children.

05/21/2011 The hotel was built in the 1970s and that is clear to see. The rooms are fairly basic and equipped with old furniture and dusty floor coverings. The location of the hotel is a few KM outside a small town, in the immediate vicinity is little to do but it is also quiet. The service of the hotel is extremely bad, the staff (exceptions) shows little interest, not appointments come after and are clearly not motivated and trained to work in a 5 star resort. During our visit in May 2011 was the hotel overwhelmed by French soldiers (s.a.s.). They just came back from Afghanistan and could equip a few days on the resort before they went home. The resort this seemed a military base and that has the atmosphere be influenced tremendously. every 3 days in May were new soldiers scheduled for a period of 3 weeks. 05/18/2011 Really a great resort with beautiful pools. Sadly we do not use the competition pool, because the British swimming team at training camp. Was wonderful to see all those swimmers and coaches involved. There are also often larger groups (e.g. military), but there is the hotel idd on decorated, so no burden of. Beach is small. On the drink-& menu cards are logos, what happened at the all-in stay. And that is certainly enough. Is more than just local (alcoholic) beverages. Buffet restaurant has fine food and get something every day, sometimes in terms of baked potatoes and French fries. Especially fish is delicious. Hotel room was more 3 star, but not distracting. Nice Hotel located on a hill, so beautiful view from pool over the sea. COTS enough to pool! Animation is very minimal, just like the evening show. No wristbands, but room number and signing receipts. This is a bit cumbersome, but you went out, but make sure that everything is correct on your voucher.

05/05/2011 Family room with terrace which the children had direct access to playground, fantastic views over the Bay. Dinner (buffet) fine and good alternating. We absolutely do not feel that it was mass production. There is of course in such a large hotel with so many guests differently, but there was one well calculated. The care and attention was therefore very well, despite the larger groups who attended. This incidentally came for congresses which pool the not if was too busy. In the high season this will undoubtedly be different. Present multiple restaurants, we had all including so everything from a restaurant but this was fine. almost everything was just ordering without excess. The restaurant was definitely not too small, but that's because there are plenty of seating outside also. Also here it applies that the Congress guests were received in another restaurant. This course has influence. We were very satisfied and enjoyed it very much.

03/03/2009 Poor hotel.

We had cockroaches, ants and worms in our room.

There's only a small buffet - 6 bain maries - and the food is cold, certainly not worth 5 stars.

There's no entertainment for kids.

Everything is expensive; 2,40 Euros for a coffee.

You even have to pay for the sauna; 6 Euros/day/person.

10/15/2008 Very beautiful and quietly located hotel. The only minus was that the drinks were charged as was the minibar in your room.

09/17/2008 We had rented a Ford Focus at Avis through Neckerman at a price of 60 Euros/day. Car was supplied with full tank and had to be returned with an empty tank, cost price of gas was 79 Euros for a full tank. Final check for 2 days was 210 Euros. This happened to us in September 2008. Furthermore, drinks are very expensive in the hotel. A minimum of 25 Euros for the cheapest wine and 4 Euros for a beer. Have fun but I will not be going back to Coral Beach Hotel.

08/10/2008 Very good hotel. Indeed very expensive drinks so we will rate that a little less as these prices are not done in a hotel (22 Euros for a bottle of wine at dinner). As for everything else I can only second the other comments (quality of the food, neatness, service,.....). Magnificent pool for kids given the fact that half of the pool is not deep. Exploring Cyprus by car seems very much worth it if you like nature or history.
