Stayed here with my wife and 2 children. The hotel is perfectly located with easy access to all parts of London. Situated on a business estate means a clean and secure environment.

The hotel has free internet in the public areas.

Food quality is superb and the staff at the Ruba bar make great cocktails.

Concierge are efficient and made excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The hotel has a new sushi bar with delicious dishes.

Great hotel which is perfect for business and family holidays.

The staff at this hotel know how to treat a person with professionalism while remaining friendly and down-to-earth.

The location is perfect for business and leaisure. Service is always offered with an ear to ear smile and price is reasonable for a London hotel.

Breakfast is delicious and their sushi is phenomenal.

Executive Lounge staff really took great care of my children too.

The hotel is modern and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is delicious with lots of variety. The waffles are amazing.

Unfortunately the executive lounge had been moved temporarily so I missed out on seeing the new lounge they are building. Peggy and Rovena were so friendly and helpful nonetheless.
