My wife and I travelled to London for a vacation.
We requested a room with a queen or king bed and got one with two twin beds. At least the beds were very comfortable.
Room was clean.
Bathroom was adequate.
Wach out for the nickel and dime routine...for example, high speed internet was avaialble but cost 10 GBP per 24 hour period. Also, the wireless connection was poor and the front desk was happy to give out a CAT 5 (Ethernet) cable, for another 5 GBP. If you need your laptop and have a WIFI card (Verizon, At&T, etc), bring it with you.
Great fish and chip stand at the corner of London Bridge and High Borough, but if you want to go to a nice sitdown restaurant, you need to hop on the tube and travel down the central or district lines. At least the rail and tube stations are both within a quarter mile of the hotel.
