06/25/2009 The room was a decent enough size, I've stayed in a lot smaller in the city.

Everything was nice and clean and the heating worked great which was a huge bonus seeing as it was -4C outside.

The breakfast was very good and the level of service throughout the hotel was good.

My complaint is that in their Internet room in the Lobby you have to pay. 4.00 GBP for 20 minutes. !!!! Come on guys this is a rip off, lots of hotels now offer Lobby internet for free.

I had to use it to check in for my flight back to the USA, but I would suggest using the Internet cafe down the street. MUCH cheaper.

06/25/2009 Lovely lobby and concierge service. Bar was a bit of a disappointment--lacking in innovative drinks and really good wines.
