07/13/2012 We booked this holiday without checking reviews and didn't know what to expect. The rooms were clean and spacious, the food was hot and tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful - especially Spiros (the tall one) at the beach bar. Despite the number of rooms, the place was never crowded and sunbeds were always available throughout the day. The restaurant was well run with minimal waiting. A great holiday all round.

07/09/2011 We have been to the hotel 3 times and really love it. Excellent position right on the beach. Lovely rooms, great food and excellent staff. Would recommend this to anyone!!!

07/10/2011 This is a very large family friendly hotel complex with up to 1700 guests. The room blocks are vast and have very long corridors where noise is amplified especially disturbing at night. The general turnover of guests (mostly families) is on a day and night basis with cases bumping down corridors and cleaners/trollies starting in the early mornings. DONT COME HERE FOR A PEACEFUL HOLIDAY – we hired a car to see the real Corfu as this hotel is not representative of the real Corfu and has all but killed the heart and trade of the unfortunate village it stands in!

NO SECURITY – beachside pool used at all hours with no lifeguard! We saw swimmers at 7.30am when the pool cleaning was still in progress at 9.30, and witnessed pool ‘jumpers’ at 2.00am. Outside people using the hotels sun beds, pool, drinks and facilities unchallenged. Late night noise and bad behaviour unchecked. Sun beds reserved with towels from 7.00am onwards, and all reserved by 9.00 – unlucky guests pay 6 euros on bea

06/05/2011 Aquis Sandy Beach Resort is a wonderfull place to stay. We arrived late into the nite, drinks on hand when we arrived and bags were wished for to room.
The hotel is very welcoming and the waiters/ees could not do enough for you.
Food was exceptional quality, I cant believe people can complain about the lack of variety, fresh salads and just too many dishes to try and sample.
I did in fact have 3 lots of the fresh pasta (without a sauce) one night, it was so good, there was so much on offer it was a please and that cant be said for some hotels.
Cleanliness and hospitality were always apparent.
Lovely resort and short walk to "town" which hasn't much going on really but nice to stretch the legs.
Beach was wonderful and clear sea water and breezes and the all inclusive with "branded" drinks was better than most.
Well worth and I thoroughly recommended the hotel and staff.
