My holiday to Kos and the first time of holidaying “fully inclusive” both were a new experience

From the early start at Gatwick to the windy but warm arrival at Kos, so far so good

The arrival was some what overshadowed with a lost bag but reassurance from the airport staff and of to the hotel we went The bag turned up 10 hours later

The hotel was in a word GREAT, GREAT FOOD, GREAT STAFF, and GREAT ACCOMADATION.

The food was totally out of this world the choices were many cold, or hot alike the deserts were as they say to die for I think I put on weight.

The staff could not do enough from asking your name and more importantly remembering it amongst how many guests 300 or so but if you wanted to know any thing they took the time to answer it regardless of how long it took, from the chalet maids to the pool attendants up to the restaurant mangers and the reception staff.

09/03/2010 Before embarking on a 'pool side' holiday (a rest from theme parks) I assumed I would get bored lying around for two weeks- on the contrary - I went down more slides than the children ! (I had to in order to burn off the lunchtime deserts !). The pool area is fantastic for children of all ages with excellent supervision and refreshment facilities

Rooms are superbly maintained and cleaned, restaurant catered for a variety of tastes but above all, staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly

07/17/2010 We just came back from 2 wks stay and we wish we could stay couple of days more. Hotel is great. We can say only the best for the facilities and service. Room was spacious and clean, towels changed everyday and cleaning lady was very nice. Hotel looks much nicer in reality than on pictures. Safeguards are great as well as animation team working 24/7 to keep guests happy. Food is good, lots of local and international dishes. Everyone from the staff is really nice and willing to help. The only weak point was a beach, sandy but with stones in the sea, so it’s not easy to enter. The other thing was the wind that was constantly blowing but only in the area of the beach (you can’t really feel it by the pools) so we all the time had waves and it is not easy for small kids to swim or play in the sea. However, this is compensated by beautiful pools.
