02/21/2012 Das Hotel entspricht in nichts dem Standard eines 3*-Hotels in dieser Region.
Das Personal ist grösstenteils sehr inkompetent und unfreundlich. Das Essen ist schlecht zubereitet und wird lieblos serviert.
Die Zimmer waren entweder kalt (Heizung funktionierte gar nicht) oder völlig überheizt (26°, nicht regulierbar!). Die Reinigung der Zimmer liess zu wünschen übrig.
Im Wellness-Bereich gibt es keine Umkleidemöglichkeiten, man muss im Badeanzug oder im Bademantel aus dem Zimmer kommen.
