08/26/2011 We are here 2 weeks with 2 boys of 9 and 13 years in caravan Elba of the campsite itself. Caravan is super. Don't know what more you would expect: 2 bedrooms with own bathroom and own air conditioning, air conditioning in living room, very large covered veranda and very clean. No kettle or cheese slicer:-). Large swimming pool and fun. Seats were almost immediately or quickly. Restaurant super. Delicious and not expensive. Then what drink on the terrace while kids were to footballs. There is little for teenagers organized but we have the idd luck 2 footballers to have and that affects each other always. This evening you had a nice group teens together (also girls). That will of course also make noise but that was really finished around 23.00 hours. That makes this campsite suitable for all ages. Saw that there really is much done for smaller kids. All in all a pleasant camping, not too big, not noisy, clean and we felt that there were nice people here.

09/09/2011 We had a Splendid place directly behind the mini-golf course. For Italian concepts a very large place (over 100 m2) with a faucet (nestling between the heg, and the kraanje is for 2 spots) and a refrigerator, which is placed in a wooden casing in front of the place. Bathroom was clean (of course you have occasionally a pervert, which leave a toilet or shower not nicely), but generally nothing to complain. Swimming pool very nice with enough shadow spots. For children under 12 years very well, for the older children from 16 what less, but our son still had a nice group, where he has the whole vacation well entertained. Also forget the fruit stalls on the side of the road to the campsite, good quality at a reasonable price. Super market nearby and at another Coop and a Lidl Cesina (where you also can get real Coca Cola). Excursion to Pisa and Luca via Highway easy to do.

09/05/2011 Our stay in a tent was fine. The tents of almost all organizations are located in shady trees gently with reasonably spacious places. There are some places in the full sun. They are also on the side where more sound of the train and highway. The cars are on a central parking and come only in the area for loading and unloading. Camping was slightly larger than expected. After 23 hours reasonably quiet. Plumbing there is sufficient and is clean. The pool is fun for big and small. Only drawback is that from the sunbathing area not much visibility, allowing small children should be always accompanied. Slide is not particularly. Balls etc allowed. No bathing cap. The restaurant is ok, but not particularly. Nice ice cream. Nice mini golf. Sufficient activities for children under 12 years. Wifi works ok on fixed points. Is not directly beside the sea, but beaches are easily accessible. Pisa and Lucca via motorway to reach within 1 hour. Volterra also through mountainous road.

08/26/2011 Well-organized camping with many shadow spots. We had a splendid spot with fridge and that was super. The smaller places we felt awful, but if you like to the neighbor to poking his nose over your plate then it is not a problem. Plumbing was cleaned regularly. Idd is a pity that there is no toilet in the swimming pool is, best short walk. Camping shop, not much, but for the breakfast, a chippie and some cool drinks you could be well justified. The animation team was very active, especially for the smaller kids. But also many sport (football and volleyball tournament) for older children. Nice ice, nice terrace on square, very pleasant. Nice excursions: beach at Vada and Barati, Siena, Pisa, Bolgheri. Therme and the Saturnia, 2 hours drive but worth it. We want there best to again because the environment is so beautiful and much to do. Disadvantage: when we arrived was 95% Dutch. Later this was less. Found noise Highway/train OK.

09/04/2011 We had a mobile home (Elba) booked directly from the campsite itself. The caravan was clean with a delicious indoor wooden terrace. We had a car-free field with 6 mobile homes on the edge of the campsite. The pool was totally fun, no rough soil but delicious soft, ideal for the little ones. There was 1 disadvantage, baking bread can they really don't. The bread was usually hard and tasteless and 9.00 pm sold out. We have been to different places such as Siena, Volterra, Pisa, Lucca, Rada. These villages lie in terms of km not far from the camping you only go with the car by the Interior and the roads are now there once crooked, so if you are sensitive to cart disease take a bucket in the car. Eaten regularly in the restaurant on the campsite and that was good and affordable like the coffee and ice cream. O are you crazy on your own coffee please know that your own coffee maker with because they are not in Italy! And Vada-beach is great fun and nice!

01/02/2010 Plenty of activities for kids, great pool, shady pitches, good restaurant, plentiful supermarket and plenty of shopping opportunities nearby, a reasonable distance from Pisa/Florence etc for day trips.
Not easy to find a good free beach nearby.
Toilets near pool got quite dirty during the day due to pool user visits. At other times were well maintained.
