Ik was met mijn moeder en tante gegaan - en we hebben echt kunnen genieten van de villa en de omgeving. Ik moet wel erbij zeggen dat er trappen zijn naar de keuken en slaapkamers, zo als je met oudjes gaat moet je hierbij rekening houden. Maar in Giethoorn te zijn op water kan niet mooier! De keuken is ook heerlijk om in te koken - veel ruimte en alles dat je nodig hebt dicht bij de hand. En dat de fietsen ook erbij zijn maakt het allemaal heel gemakkelijk! A+++

Prachtige woonboot, mooi ingericht in een gezellig gebied en mooie natuur.

The boat villa was absolutely a great place to spend some time near the tourist village Giethoorn. The house is indeed luxurious, it has a lot of space and nice interior-exterior design. Everything was very clean and the location was amazing and quiet. I fully recommend this house to stay, as you don’t have many chances to stay in a floating house anywhere in the world. The Giethoorn village is 5 min by car where you can rent a boat and visit the canals and the national park. We also used the two free bicycles that the house owner provides to guests and went for a ride near Jonen.

The house is very well designed and decorated. Everything was clean and we found all the necessities needed. Also, it was very pleasant to find a whole "welcome basket" with snacks and drinks. However, the luminosity can be a downside in the morning as the curtains are not opaque, but it was perfect for our short stay.
