At first sight it looked okay, apart from the fact that they forget to install the fridge and the stove. We were promised the next day everything would be solved. They are good at promising.The next they we found at our doorstep a dirty single burner electric stove and a tiny minibar. In the meantime we discoverd that everything was coverd in a fine dust. Nothing was clean. We went back to reception, complained about the filthy apartment, a stove on which you can't prepare a meal and a fridge which is too tiny for almost everything. We offerd to explain what was exactly wrong with the apartment, but they were not interested in what was wrong, because they didn't have any intention of fixing the defects. After six (6!) visits to the reception they were out of excuses and we agreed that we would get half of our money back because this was not acceptabel. it would be transfered back to the credit card. Off course, this never happened.
