05/14/2013 Stayed 5 nights in Cottage in the Sky. Views to die for! Very private. Joost and D.J were always available when we needed something. The breakfast and communal dinner we had were excellent.
Definitely strengthened our legs walking up and down the stairs and into town.
If you want more creature comforts and pampering, this may not be the place for you. But if you are self sufficient, adventurous and love simple and unique, this is the place for you.

06/30/2012 I visited El Momo several times. For me it is the perfect get-a-way from hectic Sint Maarten. The nature is so beautiful with all the tropical flowers and palm trees, singing birds and sometimes you can see iguana's. The cottages are clean, cosy and typical Saban style.
Breakfast is a joy with fresh fruit, homemade bread and eggs the way you want them. The restaurant is located in the center of the cottages overlooking the valley and ocean. Every tuesday and thursday a fine eat-a-long dinner is served and once on a while there is a diner chantant, the managers/cooks are also singers.
The pool surrounded by tropical flowers overlooking Mount Scenery is the perfect place for a refreshing dive in the clear water or a chat with one of the charismatic managers or other geusts if you feel like it.
The main activities on the island are hiking and diving which I both enjoy very much. I will defenitly keep on visiting Saba as often as possible and that will surely be at El Momo.
