08/30/2012 We arrived with a group of 17 (!) people of whom12 mentally disabled people accompanied by 5 therapists. Due to a mistake made by the travel organization, we didn't have enough rooms/wrong rooms in different blocks. The staffmember of Pasa Beach (reception) has been very understandable and friendly and helped us with solving this big (!) problem(17 people!). Thanks to him we all had the most beautiful rooms and thanks to him and the rest of the staffmembers the clients had the best holiday they' ve ever had! For some of them this will be the only holiday they will ever have in their life, so a big thank you for that!
We loved the food, the rooms, the beautiful location and the beautiful view! The service is outstanding! The entertainment team did their best and had activities on all day and night. Also they accepted the people for who they are, without any judgements at all! Personally I would recommend Hotel Pasa Beach to anyone! I will be back for sure!
