Wonderful place to stay
We have stayed Celal Sultan on october. Rooms are nice, breakfast was rich terrace restaurant magnificent. Celal sultan located in the old city and few minutes walking distance to hagia sophia, topkapi palace, cistern etc. Staff were very friendly and helpfull. If you go istanbul don't hesitate go celal sultan.
