06/25/2009 All our expectations were met. Everyone was very attentive, we were really impressed.

06/25/2009 The hotel is much bigger than any on South Beach. It has all the amenities. The room is big and so is the bathroom. There are lots of families with kids and dogs. Unfortunately you have to pay for the lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Also there's no free wifi.

06/25/2009 Loews miami beach was an amazing hotel we are already planning to go back because we didnt want to leave! The location is great, right on the beach and in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Our room was beautiful and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. The spa was nice and not too expensive. Food at the hotel was expensive and we saw the standard room which was pretty small, but still nice.

Overall: GREAT VACATION!

06/25/2009 The Loews is a beautiful hotel, the pool is great and the rooms well kept. The Emerils restaurant was the highlight of our stay. We did not like that they charge extra for everything including internet, gym use, and beach chair rentals.

06/25/2009 Based on the room rates, I was really expecting amazing service and special guest rooms. This is not what I got. Instead the service was lousy. The pool area was the best part. It was so nice laying out and having a frozen drink.

06/25/2009 I thought this was a great property! Excellent service and great location. Staff was very accomadating. the bathrooms need some upgrading but overall this was a very decent hotel.

06/25/2009 Just got back from a girl's trip to South Beach. Had the best time and the Loews was fabulous. The staff were incredibly friendly. Mango smoothies upon arrival, Evian spritzes by the pool, frozen ices. The beach was very clean, although it would have been nice if the loungers and umbrellas were included. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and when I go back to Miami I plan on staying here.

06/25/2009 Great location, pool and staff. Art Deco fits right in with the archtecture and surroundings. I realize that the hotel was built to reflect the 1930"s but the bathroom was not what I would have expected. Had an ocean view but limited and too much roof.

06/25/2009 excellent value for the money and the staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. Rooms were clean and recently renovated and its also a great location. Not the best nightlife scene but near all "in" places.
