06/25/2009 The Trianon Old Naples is a nice hotel. The public areas are very beautiful and updated, however the rooms seem to be lagging behind. It is in a great location, just blocks from 5th avenue and about a mile and a half from naples pier. If you can stay here for a reasonable rate it's worth it, but i wouldn't pay top dollar strictly because the room decor is very worn and rundown. The continental breakfast is a nice addition.

06/25/2009 We always enjoy staying at the Trianon as it is a wonderful hotel that is close to Fifth Avenue in Naples. The staff is very accommodating & the rooms are superior. We do recommend it to others.

06/25/2009 Yes,I would recommend it.Furniture and rugs in dining area need to be replaced.Rugs in rooms need to be replaced.Pillows need replacement,much too small!The value was terrific,through Skoosh!The staff is very friendly and accommodating.Breakfast choices are very limited.Need to change and add..items to buffet.The location is perfect.Quiet street ,walk to 5th ave restaurants,and shops.Can even walk to beach,we did every morning for excersise.We are beach people,and the beach is just beautiful.Bring quarters for meters! We love Naples (old) and as long as we can get a great deal,will be returning to the Trianon.

06/25/2009 All in all, an acceptable hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, but lacked some of the amenities you would expect from comprable hotels--no mini-bar, a $10 charge to use the health club, etc.

The staff, however, was top notch. Friendly, accommodating, efficent and just flat out nice to deal with. I'd stay there again simply because of the people who worked there.

Great continental breakfast. I always stay at the Trianon while in Naples, you won't be disappointed.

06/25/2009 The staff was excellent and helpful. The hotel was well maintained with a lovely pool area. We enjoyed the easy walk to the ocean, shopping and restaurants. Our expectations were more than met.

06/25/2009 The Trianon is very convenient to wonderful restaurants and the Naples Half Marathon. The rooms are wonderful and the staff was very helpful in every way. One of the most pleasant experiences we have had.

06/25/2009 We were very happy with the Trianon. The location is excellent-close to 5th Ave. restaurants as well as those on 3rd, Our room was large with an excellent shower and bathroom. The Thermopedic mattress was very comfortable-we're even considering getting one at home. The proximity to Cambier Park is a real plus for tennis enthusiasts-12 lighted Hartru courts-a top notch facility.
