Asked for late checkout and was granted it. Very much appreciated.

Staff was great and the view from the hotel was terrific. We purchased a fresh pineapple and the restaurant staff took the time, at no charge, to prepare it for us to eat. The location is good as well. However, I feel the rooms are seriously in need of updating. Our room had a few ants and the small television barely worked. I thought it was somewhat overpriced.

I would not recommend this hotel to others. The hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. The location of the hotel and view were very nice. The room needs a serious upgrade, especially the bathroom. I felt it was very overpriced based on the condition of the room and its furnishings.
