Reviews Hotel Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa *****

We just love Red Rock Casino! Get a boarding pass card (players card) for many discounts. The breakfast buffet is great. The room is wonderful and the beds are super comfortable. Get to the pool early for a good spot for some shade and there are many other restaurants nearby so that you do not have to eat in the hotel for every meal. The kids loved the arcade, the movie theater and the bowling alley. If you are going to Vegas with a car and want a little piece and quiet off the strip, this is the place for you. This was our second visit and we will be back again.

This is one of my new favorite places to stay in Vegas. Has a total different vibe than the hotels on the strip.I like it much better. The service was great. Specially the pool bar service. The rooms are spacious and very tastefully decorated. We will return.

Great Rooms off the strip

We got a great rate with skoosh, so decided to try the Red Rock. It was nice being off the strip, but was a little too far. Next time we will try the Green Valley sister property. It seemed a little closer to every thing. The Hotel was very nice and rooms were exceptional.

We recently went to Vegas to get married and stayed at the hotel. It seems the little guy no longer gets attention in Vegas. We booked a 25 minute massage that cost $100 with the 20% tip the automatically added and were given a nasty stare for being 5 minutes late. The front desk rolled their eyes when we said we are getting married no extras for that is what they were hinting to.

It seems that in order to get attention in Vegas you need money and lots of it. The smiles are no longer original and help comes with the expectation of a tip. I was surprised when I gave the Valet a $5 tip for a car that was parked in eyesight and he expected to keep the whole thing.

Where are the days of sincerity? Definitely not in Vegas anymore.

I go to LV two or three times a year and have stayed at most hotels on this strip. The RR is an excellent non-strip alternative at great value for money. We booked on Skoosh and paid well below the hotel's published rate. The room was big, comfortable and well-designed (as was the bathroom). The pool area is a nice place to relax and people watch. We used the resort's bowling lanes and movie theaters. We enjoyed the barbecue (and Shiner Bock) at the Salt Lick. The breakfast buffet was decent. All in all, I had been looking forward to staying at RR and it did not disappoint.

Both the asian and steak restaurants we`re very pricey . That`s o.k. but the service at t-bones was understaffed on a crowded monday night and service was really slow, but courteous. For a 300. tab for 4 all should be perfect. The asian place had just poor service, food was o.k.. The shuttle service from the airport was a disaster. Never arrived and had to take a cab after a 1 hour wait. Good news , they picked up the 60. cab fare. Pool was beautiful.

I stayed so many different hotels in las vegas such as wynn, venetian, treasure island and etc.. however, I always go to red rock hotel after I found out how great is that hotel's quality of room, food, facilities compare to their price. If you go to las vegas often, and you don't really need to stay at strip,,,,try red rock hotel. It is the best hotel to enjoy your vacation especially with your family or kids. If you take your car and don't care of driving 15-20 minutes to the strip, red rock hotel is the best. Their room quality is better than any other 5 star hotels, and their swimming pools and spa are so nice. They evern provide free bottle of water and fruits at lobby all the time.

The Hotel exceeded our expectations for rooms and decor throughout. We ate at the Italian restaurant (Terra Rossa I believe was the name) and had an excellent meal and service.

The only down sides were the pool, as no lounge chairs were available and a whole section was blocked off due to a show on one evening. Didn't get to use the pool at all, which was very disappointing. Being 20 minutes off the strip was also a bit of an issue, but we knew that when we checked in and were ok with the arrangement this trip.
