We have stayed at the Venetian a handful of times over the past 5 to 7 years. Unfortunately their service is taking a dive in quality. I think that because their rates have become lower over time, they are attracting a less sophisticated crowd, resulting in a less classy environment.
We saw the Phantom of the Opera in their theatre. What a phenomenon! It is worth every penny spent!
The rooms are the most comfortable in Vegas for the price. The sunken living space makes for good delineation of sleeping and living area. Bathrooms are MORE than large.
Biggest negatives,
1. Waited 2 hours for room service to bring clean towels. They came to our door at 2:00 AM!!!
2. Pool water needs more chlorine
3. Ridiculously long check in lines
