Rules

Zoover and its partners have a number of rules that a review needs to adhere to:

• Substantiate your reviews with a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 1,000 characters. Do not just give scores.
• The website is not a chatroom.
• No more than 1 review per entity.
• You have to have made use of the primary facilities of the entity in order to be entitled to review it.
• Respect other people’s opinions.
• You are not permitted to use obscene language in reviews. Discrimination and insulting language are also prohibited. Reviews may not include advertising.
• Obviously, entity owners and others with a vested interest in the outcome of a review are prohibited from participating.
• By ‘others with a vested interest’ is also meant: the management, employees and former employees or anyone associated with and/or related to the employees of the entity concerned.
• It is not permitted to encourage visitors to post a positive review in exchange for any manner of services or products whatsoever.  Of course, the accommodation provider is permitted to ask for independent reviews to be posted on Zoover.
• It is not permitted for an owner or others with a vested interest to review another property of the same type (entity) within the same town /municipality or within 20 km.
• Naming Tour Operators is also prohibited.
  
  

Conditions for adding photos:

All photos must be:

• family-friendly
• relevant for other travellers relevant to the accommodation, attraction, country, region or place where the photos were added. They should be useful to other travellers (i.e. no selfies, portraits or group photos)
• free of copyright, trademarks or other forms of legal ownership
• not larger than 10Mb
• in .GIF or .JPEG format
• clear to see/ good to look at
• contain no commercial messages or advertising

The reviews on this website are the personal experiences of visitors to Zoover and its partners. The reviews remain the responsibility of the visitor. Zoover and its partners reserve the right not to publish inappropriate information. Your name and dates of stay are also sent when you send in your review. By digitally submitting your review you declare to agree with these terms and conditions.
